TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
RETURNS POLICY

Here at Little Box of Gems we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the best possible customer service and we offer a no quibble returns policy, provided your item is returned to us with all the original paperwork and packaging within 14 days.
If you do wish to return an item the cost of the postage will be paid by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are returned to us that are lost in transit; therefore we strongly recommend at least the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required for proof of delivery.
If however the goods appear to be faulty, we will of course refund the postage and a replacement item offered or a full refund by the original payment method will be made.

DELIVERY

Once we have received your order, we aim to post within 1 business day, provided your item/s is in stock. You will receive notification from us your item has been dispatched.
Standard Recorded UK delivery iwill be £3.50, and please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive; this may be longer at peak times of year.
Special delivery can be requested and will be charged at £5.50 and guaranteed next day delivery.
Delivery can be made to the UK (mainland only) and the rest of the world, please contact us for shipping rates overseas.

ORDERING

When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of your order and despatch by e mail, so please make sure the e mail address you give is correct and the account provided by you is working properly.
All products displayed on the Little Box of Gems website are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

Little Box of Gems are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of all information supplied by our customers.
To this end, we have made a policy decision not to accept credit cards via the Internet.
Payment will only be accepted by cheque or Postal order.

PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY

Little Box of Gems comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998.

Please note that all sizes given are approximate and may vary slightly. We do endeavour to ensure accuracy and the sizes are provided expressly as a guide for our customers.

Unless adjustable, ring sizes are as follows

SMALL:     K – L       (approx 16mm diameter)
Medium:     M – O     (approx 17mm diameter)
LARGE:     P – Q      (approx 18mm diameter)
